Hierarchy is loosely applied at SMH. Every employee, including the owners, is treated equally. Without the corporate nonsense, we can all have fun while doing our work. Every team member is important because we share a common goal and vision.

SMH also pays 100% of a single employee’s health insurance premium on the highest deductible plan, whether that person is single or married. This cost is also deducted from an employee’s premium if they decide to go with a lower deductible plan or need to add a spouse/family member.
