rural opportunity zone Program (ROZ)

what is roz?

Kansas offers a unique opportunity through its Rural Opportunity Zones (ROZ) program, which spans across 95 rural counties. If you relocate to one of these designated ROZ counties, you could benefit from up to $15,000 in student loan repayment assistance and/or enjoy a 100% tax credit on your state income taxes. Ford County, where our Dodge City, KS office is located, proudly participates in this program!

But that’s not all - if you join our team and meet the requirements of the ROZ student loan repayment program, SMH will contribute an additional $5,000 over 5 years on top of the $15,000 maximum offered by ROZ!

Are you ready to “get the heck INTO Dodge?” We enjoy the small-town feel of western Kansas and know you will too! Explore the incentives below to learn more!
