SMH has worked with numerous municipalities, counties, utility companies and developers establishing and acquiring easements for public projects of all sorts.   Their extensive knowledge of the Uniform Act for Real Property Acquisition has been utilized to the benefit of many projects both State and Federal.  SMH’s proven processes for acquisition negotiation have worked time and time again.  These same processes have been reviewed by various auditing agencies and found to be rock solid in meeting the requirements of the Uniform Act for Real Property Acquisition.  SMH can also help with suggestions for process if the Uniform Act is not required.
