NOTICE TO BIDDERS
OCTOBER 22ND, 2024
Sealed bids will be received by the Pottawatomie County Public Works Department at the office of the Public Works Director, 612 E. Campbell Street, Westmoreland, Kansas 66549 until 10:00 am CST, on December 9th, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids may be mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed (include read receipt) to Tim Eisenbarth, Pottawatomie County Public Works Administrator at teisenbarth@pottcounty.org. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. It is not Pottwawtomie County’s responsibility if mailed or emailed bids are not received.
These bids will be for the furnishings of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
GLEN ADDITION AT HERITAGE HILLS
The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work:
6” Concrete Pavement - 6,384 SY
Excavation - 5,190 CY
Embankment (VRF=1.15) - 2,345 CY
12” Sanitary Sewer Pipe - 805 LF
8” Sanitary Sewer Pipe - 1,125 LF
8” Water Line - 1,856 LC
DESIRED TIME LIMIT: August 31st, 2025
