Grand Champions

In 2009 SMH Consultants was contracted by Fieldhouse Development to undertake a residential development project in Manhattan’s only Master Planned Residential Development, Grand Mere.  The Grand Champions Project is a mix of both single family housing and two multistory apartment buildings.  Some of the challenges of the project included: grading, extension of sanitary sewer service to the site, extension of a water main to site, and drainage. 

This newest addition to the family of Grand Mere residential developments provides Grand Mere’s first apartment project, one of Grand Mere’s steps towards a variety of housing products available within the Grand Mere Development.
