Cellular Site Surveys

As the wireless communications industry continues to expand so to does the need for cell tower sites.  For several year SMH Consultants has been a statewide provider of cell tower site surveys for Verizon Wireless.  These surveys are necessary to ensure clear title to property in addition to providing any information necessary for tower permitting including elevation data for the Federal Aviation Administration, flood plain mapping, and local zoning issues that may rise as part of the towers’ installations.  In 2010 and 2011 SMH completed nearly 30 tower site surveys; doing our part to insure the viability of the wireless communications network for the future.
