American Land Title Association (ALTA) Surveys

The American Land Title Association (ALTA) has developed certain requirements for surveys that ensure all known interests claiming title to property are known.  This is usually a requirement of a lending institution trying to solidify their investment in property.  SMH Consultants has performed hundreds of ALTA surveys over its 20-year existence.  These surveys are very particular nature from the data collected in the field to how the data is presented on paper.  Lending institutions, developers, and property owners have come to depend on SMH’s ability to complete ALTA surveys timely, accurately, and affordably.
